We want to ensure you that we are supporting your vehicle needs during this situation and have adjusted our business accordingly. As of March 24^th, dealerships in Maryland have been identified as essential because transportation remains a critical part of our daily lives. Our service and parts department are fully operational from Monday to Saturday with slightly adjusted hours. We want to make sure that we take all necessary precautions to run our business efficiently and with your and our team's safety in mind.

Here is what you need to know:

Service and Parts

- Our service department is open Monday to Friday 7:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm
- You can still schedule appointments online as well as by calling 301-601-5560. For questions after hours or on the weekends, please email service@eurogermantown.com.
- We are taking precautions to keep everybody safe by using gloves and steering wheel covers, disinfecting customer and loaner vehicles, sanitizing the dealership several times a day and practicing social distancing. 
- Our parts department is following the service schedule in order to accommodate repairs.

Sales

- Our sales department is open for business.
- You can still browse our new and pre-owned inventory and send us your questions about a vehicle that is of interest to you. Our teams are looking forward to assist you.
